(1/4 HS credit) Grades 9-12

Students will learn to safely and legally operate a motor vehicle, the function of traffic laws and enforcement, factors that interfere with an individual's capability to drive, and forces outside of the person which affects the control of the vehicle. Specific skills students will develop include angle and parallel parking, parking on a hill, U and Y turns and yielding right of way. Scheduling of Behind the Wheel lessons will be done with the instructor during the classroom session.
In the event that the class reaches maximum capacity, resident students and students currently enrolled in Horicon schools will be given priority registration from the wait list.
Classes will run June 2-5, 9-12, 16-19, 23-26
*STUDENTS MAY NOT MISS CLASS. MORE THAN 2 CLASSES MISSED = NO PASS
