JUNE 16-19 ONLY. Track and Field is a foundation for athleticism in all sports that will benefit all levels and capabilities. Develop coordination and balance, use proper running techniques, and improve physical fitness: strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance to help improve individual attributes. Learn the basics of jumping and throwing for field events to build confidence and coordination. Relay racing, baton passing, and teamwork skills. The goal is to create a positive and energetic environment where kids can explore all areas of Track & Field, build foundational skills, and develop a love for the sport.
